02:15 in the morning is when I stopped here for fuel and coffee and to use the restroom. The fuel islands are filthy. Spilled diesel everywhere, trash and food on the ground. The women’s restroom was horrible. There were used sanitary napkins on the floor in plain sight. Trash and toilet tissue (also used) littering the floor. Toilets were covered in other people’s sprinkles and all soap dispensers were empty. The coffee area is filthy and both the regular coffee and that horrible bean to cup coffee had “OUT OF ORDER” signs on them. I call BS on that. Waste of a stop.

Took a shower. Clean shower BUT, you had to open the door to cool off. No ventilation in the shower. Got a meal in Iron Skillet. Worst service I've ever had. Had to ask more than once for the salad I ordered with my meal. The busboy was better at asking me if I was good that the waitress. Even she stated that she was not suited for waitressing. I ordered the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, a side salad, and a sweet tea. The meal was $22.99 plus the drink. Total came out to be $33+. Stay away from the Iron Skillet and showers. The truck stop itself is nice. But the restaurant and their showers suck!! And their prices are outrageously high...

As a business owner of more than 25 years I just had a completely shocking interaction with someone claiming to be your manager a long-haired blonde lady at the register. My wife began to pay for her transaction she may have thought I was just a person interrupting the line because my wife is Asian I am not. I said can I please also get some paper towels and some spray I didn't realize I was standing in diesel and brought it in the truck she said I need the pump number I said I don't know it it's the second on the right. She folded her arms in front of her as if saying it again with joy I need a pump number. I asked for a manager she said I am the manager I took out my phone and started filming she said I don't give consent I said I don't care she stepped around the counter and started calling for security come quickly there was no reason to even call security having a conversation a policeman happened to be entering she talked to him and told the policeman I put the wrong fuel and Spilled the diesel I said this is shocking she is completely lying if your manager can lie about what customers are doing imagine what lies she can say about your employees. TA&Petro are nastiest truckstops on the today. You over charge the driver in everyday possible. From the convenience store to the pump. Im forced to use you as a driver. I do everything I can to not spend my personal money in your facilities.

This Petro's customer service needs a ton of work. Matter of fact, everyone who was on shift on these dates (08/29 - 08/30, from the afternoon crew to the night crew, needs to either be fired or put back in an in depth customer service training class. Earlier in the afternoon @ 3:54pm...ordered two items from the diner. Both the young female and the older male who was with her was having extreme difficulty taking my order. Received my order and then had to remind them that they forgot the dessert item that I also ordered. And my bill was $25.66 and like the idiot that I am...I left a $10.00 tip. It wasn't deserved. I shouldn't have done that. Later on that night (08/30)...around 2am in the morning, I wanted to again spend my hard earned cash on a shower. Approached the desk...nobody there...walked to the other desk next to the diner...attempted to purchase a shower. Little miss eyelashes stated that the showers are purchased at the other desk which nobody was there. I guess she couldn't be bothered to get off her butt and do her job 🤦🏿 I only come here because there is always parking no matter how late. I guess if I want actual adequate customer service, I'll just walk to the Lov
